Terms and Conditions of 939n: Clear Rules for All Players

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any service available on the 939n platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, crash games, and any promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 939n (the "Platform" or "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use 939n's services.

939n reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a notification within the platform at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings described below:

• "939n" or "Platform": refers to the website, mobile app, and all Sports Betting and online casino services operated under the 939n brand, accessible at 939n.net.
• "Player" or "User": any individual aged 18 or over who has registered and uses 939n's services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the Player on 939n to access the available services.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the Player via Pix, boleto, card, or other payment methods accepted by 939n, available for betting and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": credits granted by 939n through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Rollover": the total amount the Player must wager using bonus funds before being eligible to withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.
• "Bet": any transaction made by the Player that puts their balance at risk in exchange for the possibility of a return based on the outcome of a sports event or casino game.

3Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 939n's services, the Player must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion lists for gambling recognized by 939n;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of 939n.

3.2 Registration Process

To create an account at 939n, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including: full name as it appears on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Brazilian mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information during registration constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 One Account per Player

Each Player is entitled to only one active account at 939n. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts linked to that Player, with forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings obtained using bonuses. Real deposited funds are returned after review.

4User Account

4.1 Account Security

The Player is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure and confidential. 939n strongly recommends using unique, strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication, available in the account dashboard. Any unauthorized account access must be reported immediately to 939n support at suporte@939n.net or via live chat.

4.2 Data Updates

The Player must keep their registration details up to date on 939n at all times. Changes to email, phone number, or address may require additional identity verification to ensure account security and prevent fraud.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

939n may request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" – KYC) at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when there are signs of unusual account activity. Documents requested may include an RG or CNH, CPF, proof of address from the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts with KYC pending for more than 30 days may be closed, with the real-money balance returned.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods

939n accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Pix: available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Confirmation in up to 30 seconds. No fees. Minimum amount: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto Bancário: processed within up to 3 business days. Minimum amount: R$ 50.00. Expired boletos are not automatically reissued.
• Credit & Debit Card: major card brands accepted. Confirmation within up to 5 minutes. Minimum amount: R$ 30.00.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: available subject to current integration. Confirmation within up to 15 minutes.
• TED Transfer: for accounts at major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter). Processing time subject to banking hours.

5.2 Payment Ownership

939n only accepts deposits made by the account holder. Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds without crediting any winnings. The bank account or Pix key used for deposits must be registered to the same CPF as the 939n account.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at 939n is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) for Pix. Other payment methods may have different minimum amounts as described above. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation under anti-money laundering regulations.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Method & Timeline

Withdrawals at 939n are processed preferably via the same method used for the deposit. Pix withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours of request approval. Bank transfers via TED are processed within 2 business days. 939n does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the destination account holder must match the CPF registered on the 939n account.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal request amount is R$ 50.00 (fifty BRL). The standard maximum daily withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand BRL). VIP players may have different limits in accordance with the applicable loyalty program. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions with an Active Bonus

If there is an active bonus balance with an ongoing rollover, the real-money balance can be withdrawn at any time; however, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled if a withdrawal is requested before the rollover is complete. 939n recommends completing the rollover before requesting a withdrawal to avoid losing bonus winnings.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register at 939n and make their first deposit automatically receive a 200% bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum bonus of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand BRL). Example: a R$ 500.00 deposit generates a R$ 1,000.00 bonus, giving you R$ 1,500.00 to play with. The bonus is credited automatically — no coupon code needed.

7.2 Rollover Requirements

The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x (twenty times) rollover requirement on the bonus amount awarded, to be met within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the activation date. Example: a R$ 1,000.00 bonus requires R$ 20,000.00 in valid bets to release the bonus balance for withdrawal. The following rollover contribution rules apply:

• Sports Betting (odds ≥ 1.50): 100% contribution;
• Slots and crash games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 10% contribution;
• Bets with odds below 1.50: 0% contribution (do not count toward rollover);
• Combo bets (multiples): only count if all selections have odds ≥ 1.50.

7.3 Other Promotions

939n runs periodic promotions for active players, including free bets on sports events, weekly free spins on selected slots, cashback, and reload bonuses. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the terms of the specific promotion shall prevail.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

939n monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including low-risk bets placed solely to meet rollover requirements (hedging), coordinated betting across multiple accounts, and the use of automated systems. Identified bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, without prejudice to any other applicable measures.

8Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets at 939n are accepted subject to sufficient available balance in the Player's account. 939n reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at any time, at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing or odds inconsistencies.

8.2 Live Betting

Live betting is available for most events covered by 939n, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), UFC, basketball (NBB), and more. 939n is not responsible for broadcast delays that may cause the Player to place bets based on outdated information about the state of a game. The platform may suspend live markets at any time during an event.

8.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are declared void and the wagered amounts are returned to the Player's balance. If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original date, bets remain valid. Postponements of more than 48 hours result in the return of all wagered amounts.

8.4 Odds Errors

In the event of a manifest error in published odds — such as odds clearly diverging from the market due to a technical or human error — 939n reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and refund the wagered amount, even after the event has taken place. The Player will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation due to an odds error.

9Casino & Games

9.1 Game Availability

939n's casino game catalog includes slots, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and video poker. The catalog may be updated at any time, with games added or removed in accordance with provider agreements and regulatory requirements.

9.2 RTPs and Randomness

All casino games available on 939n use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. The declared RTPs for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return to the player and are available on each game's information page within the platform. 939n does not manipulate the results of certified games.

9.3 Technical Failures

If a technical failure occurs during a casino game session — such as a server disconnection, internet outage, or system error — 939n will attempt to restore the game to the state immediately before the failure where technically possible. When restoration is not feasible, the active bet may be cancelled and the wagered amount refunded, in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and withholding of pending balances pending the outcome of an investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or different details to claim multiple bonuses;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to place bets or play casino games;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Making deposits using third-party cards or accounts without authorization;
• Laundering money or using 939n for any unlawful financial activity;
• Coordinating bet outcomes with others to guarantee risk-free returns (abusive match betting with bonuses);
• Harassing or threatening members of the 939n support team.

11Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at 939n at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing suporte@939n.net. Once the request is submitted, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix within 5 business days, following completed identity verification. Unwithdrawn bonus balances are cancelled upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Closure by 939n

939n may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations: violation of these Terms and Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity; request by competent authorities; prolonged inactivity exceeding 12 months with a zero balance; or identification of an account belonging to a person under 18 years of age. In cases of closure due to suspected fraud, the balance may be withheld pending completion of the investigation.

12Responsible Gambling

939n believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable by the Player;
• Loss limit: maximum loss limit over a set period;
• Game break: a temporary break from 24 hours to 6 weeks, activated instantly;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account block for 1, 3, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of reopening.

13Privacy and LGPD

14Limitation of Liability

939n is not liable for losses arising from: betting decisions made by the Player; internet or device failures on the Player's end; service interruptions beyond 939n's control, including failures by power, internet, or payment processing providers; or unauthorized use of the Player's account by third parties resulting from the Player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

939n's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the amount of real balance deposited by the Player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Bets and winnings resulting from bonuses are not included in this calculation.

15Changes to These Terms and Conditions

939n reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect the Player's rights and obligations — will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the registered email and/or a prominent notification within the platform. Minor changes, such as spelling corrections and section reorganization, may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of 939n after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If the Player disagrees with any change, they must request account closure before the effective date. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the date of the last update clearly indicated at the top of the document.

16Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable Sports Betting legislation. Any dispute arising from the use of 939n that cannot be resolved amicably through the platform's support channel shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

939n encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the Player must contact support at suporte@939n.net, giving 939n the opportunity to resolve the matter within up to 10 business days.
